About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

All products are supplied at the purity and grade stated on the product page and on the bottle label. Batch codes and expiry dates are printed on every unit and certificates of analysis are available on request.

Intended use

Products are supplied as raw ingredients for formulation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable and legal for their intended application, and to comply with any regulations governing their finished product.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Orders are not dispatched until payment clears.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our liability for any other loss is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
