Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Unopened products in their original sealed condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened products

Because these are consumable liquids supplied for formulation, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the tamper seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a batch does not meet specification, contact us with the batch code printed on the label. We will replace or refund the item and cover return carriage.

How to start a return

Email hello@vgpgbase.co.uk with your order number and the batch code from your label and we will send return instructions.
